1. The Service

RoastMyWeb uses AI to analyze a website you submit and generate a humorous, opinionated critique ("roast") along with scores and suggestions covering design, content, SEO, performance, and UX. The output is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only and does not constitute professional design, marketing, legal, or business advice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit URLs for websites you do not own or have permission to have analyzed, or that you are not authorized to scan.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the Service, its rate limits, or its security.
• Resell or redistribute the Service or its output as your own without permission.

3. Accounts

The free roast does not require an account. Paid plans are managed through our payment provider at checkout.

4. Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for RoastMyWeb and handles payment processing, taxes, and invoicing. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its branding, design, and software, belongs to RoastMyWeb. The roast output generated for a website you submit is yours to use. You retain all rights to the websites and content you submit.

6. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI-generated roasts are opinions produced by an automated system and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unintentionally harsh. We do not guarantee any specific result from acting on the suggestions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoastMyWeb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
